Matthew Davis

Matthew Davis is a classically trained realist painter whose work focuses on the figure, portraiture, and plein-air landscape. He studied at the Milan Academy of Art and complemented his training through workshops at the Florence Academy of Art and other European ateliers. Working primarily in oil from life, his practice also includes graphite, charcoal, and marble sculpture. Through his work, he hopes to connect with fellow artists, collectors, and lovers of classical art around the world while exhibiting in galleries internationally.
Professionally, Matthew is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and the founder of Eureka Wealth Management, an independent financial planning firm based in Los Angeles. He balances his work in wealth management with his lifelong pursuit of classical painting, dividing his time between his financial planning practice and his studio.
